Photography

The beauty and mysteries of life have nurtured my sensitivity and creativity. I started painting as a self-taught artist over 10 years ago. Later, I explored pictorial research by attending the “Matière & Création” painting courses by contemporary artist Roberto Giuliani in his workshop in Geneva.

My abstract works, seeking harmony, are composed of multiple layers of acrylic paint. The light and varied brushstrokes create a sense of flow and waves at different depths. Sand and various materials like rope and burlap are sometimes embedded in the acrylic mass and resin.

Passionate about imagery in general, I also dedicate myself to video, creating music clips and experimental videos through which I can express my poetic world.

Regarding the 'Lovemessages' photographs, I noticed these happy messages during travels or in Geneva—accidentally drawn in nature or intentionally by life lovers. Moved and inspired, I started collecting them as photographs and editing them to highlight their uniqueness. Through these photos, I wish to share a positive perspective on life and what surrounds us.

« Love is like the way we look at things. Being amazed as if it were the first time. Welcoming. Living in the present. Cultivating joy, desiring, being together. »

Design

Already passionate about theater and writing, Morgane discovered her love for filmmaking in 2015 during a film workshop. This led her to pursue film directing studies, where she learned project management and digital communication.

After completing her film studies at the Geneva and Lausanne Film School, she pursued a professional graphic design diploma at Édhéa (School of Design and Fine Arts in Valais). There, she worked on various personal projects, including a stop-motion short film, a magazine about mood and personality disorders, visual identity development for a theater season, and a book revisiting Christopher and Jonathan Nolan’s work.

Immersed in the world of music and culture, she was inspired by her surroundings and became a freelance digital and print media designer, helping independent artists share their universe and values.

She also participated as an actress and assistant in the play La Vitesse de la Lumière (The Speed of Light), directed by Argentine artist Marco Canale, for the 2021 far° festival in Nyon.

After interning as an assistant to photographer and graphic designer Myriam Ramel, she earned her certification and artistic maturity diploma in 2022. In 2023, she started collaborating with web developer Billy Basdras, launching their first joint project.

« Love is the greatest mystery to me. A passion I will follow throughout my life, a haven of peace that seems unattainable without a soulmate. »
